The festive calendar for the month of June in Spain begins with the Corpus Christi celebrations, which see the streets filled with carpets of flowers and natural tapestries in many locations, such as Sitges, Ponteareas, and San Cristóbal de la Laguna, for example. Corpus Christi is also the most importance festival in Toledo, where streets that are decorated for weeks, and there’s a solemn procession.
