Intxaursalsa (walnut cream)
Ingredients for 4 people: 1l of milk 200g of walnut 175g of sugar 1/2 a cinnamon stick
Put the milk on the heat in a receptacle and add the grated walnut, the cinnamon and the sugar. Then bring to the boil and allow to thicken.
When it is ready, put it into individual moulds and serve lukewarm.
