Ingredients for 4 people: 4 medium potatoes 2 bunches of chard 4 medium onions 1kg of green beans olive oil vinegar salt
Fill a casserole dish with water and put it on to boil. Add about 2dl of oil, salt and the vegetables and cook for about 50 minutes. Dry them and serve hot.
Serve on a soup dish with a dash of oil, vinegar and salt.
