Description

A collection of 90 works, including videos, photographs, collages, recordings and installations make up this exhibition by Luis Camnitzer – one of the key figures in Latin American conceptual art.

The Reina Sofia National Art Museum presents this retrospective of German-born Uruguayan artist Luis Camnitzer; one of the key figures in Latin American conceptual art. The exhibition is divided into three thematic areas, providing an overview of all his work, the key concepts of his career and his artistic education.

In parallel, and for the duration of the exhibition, the museum is organising an education programme called “Escuela Perturbable” to mark the start of the education and artistic mediation activities it aims to develop.
