It is impossible to speak about 1960s advertising without mentioning Grupo 13. This retrospective serves to explain the group's contribution as intermediaries between the advertising sector, communication design and artistic creativity.
In 1961 a group of graphic designers in Madrid joined together to form Grupo 13. Their intention was to act in unconventional ways to transgress advertising language, using a wide range of images published in different media.
