A journey through different American and European cities through the critical photography of Paolo Gasparini
Gasparini is a photographer with a critical view, particularly of consumerism and how advertising seduces or manipulates us. Much of his work is centred on South America and paints an exceptional portrait of its tensions and contradictions. The exhibition shows a large part of his projects and is focused on his photography and photobooks. The 60 years of his professional career are presented as if they were a travel itinerary in which stereotypes are distorted and concepts such as wealth and poverty are redefined.
