Walking the Paths of the Ibérico

The best way to learn the secrets of Ibérico ham is to know the people who love it, men and

women who for centuries have maintained the traditional way to cure it and produce it, in

villages connected by scores of trails in the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche National Park.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

During this 5-day stay we will walk the trails linking six villages in Sierra de Aracena, honoring

their gastronomy, natural and human landscapes. Each day we will walk 10 kilometers, --five in

the morning and five in the afternoon—in the company of people well versed in the richest

asset of the rural environment, its Life Essence.

Walking the Paths of the Ibérico is an experience of five nights with activities distributed along

four days.
