Fried eggs with ham and sausage
Ingredients for 4 people: 100g of cured bacon 50g of streaky bacon 100g of chorizo 6 eggs
Cut up the streaky bacon and the chorizo into very small pieces. Fry everything together in a frying pan. Beat the eggs and add them, taking advantage of the fat from the bacon, until they solidify over a low heat.
Serve in an earthenware dish.
