In 1972, in Casa Primicia, the oldest civil building in the village of Laguardia, the Bodegas Primicia winery came into being at the hands of the vine-grower Julián Madrid, who began production of young wines. In January 2006 he started out on a new challenge: the refurbishment of the old cellars of Casa Primicia.
