Starred Michelin Chef David Muñoz in Ozone, Hong Kong.

Another Gastronomic event celebrated was held from 3rd to 5th of May with the 2 Starred Michelin Chef David Muñoz. This time, Spanish Tourism Office in collaboration with the Hotel Ritz-Carlton from Hong Kong, have organized a fine dining for representatives of important companies and a show cooking for the media at OZONE restaurant from this hotel.



NTO Spain Canton office participated in the 26th edition of ITE & MICE Hong Kong Travel Fair 14-17th June 2012 with a 27 sq M booth with strong images incorporated in the pavilion designs reinforcing Spain´s uniqueness where the historically valued (UNESCO World Heritage sites) and contemporary chic co-exist harmoniously.

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 kg of potatoes 8 lamb chops (optional) 250 g of spicy sausage 1 onion 2 green peppers (for frying) 1 or 2 dried red peppers 2 cloves of garlic olive oil 1 bay leaf 1 chilli pepper 1 tsp of coffee sweet spicy paprika parsley salt.
