Vilana or Bilana Tart

Ingredients: Cooked potatoes eggs sugar butter raisins almonds grated lemon rind ground cinnamon fine salt flour breadcrumbs
Cook a kilo of potatoes, mash and mix with six eggs, grated pieces of lemon rind, ground cinnamon and fine salt. Add a quarter of a kilo of: sugar, butter and seedless raisins and mix everything well. To bind the mixture better, put in a little flour and/or breadcrumbs. Mix and put into a baking tray covered with paper greased with butter. Decorate with the peeled almonds, chopped and browned. Cook in the oven.
