Sirloin with Tresviso cheese

Ingredients for 4 people: 4 medallions of beef sirloin, each 200g 125g of Tresviso cheese 1dl of olive oil 1dl of white wine 1dl of single cream pepper salt
Put the cheese and the white wine in a frying pan on a low heat, without oil. Add the single cream and the pepper and continue cooking until the sauce is well bound together. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat on both sides. Season. Arrange the meat on a flat plate and serve with the very hot sauce.
