Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 people: 2 lettuces 4 eggs 2 tins of tuna 4 spring onions 150g of black olives 2dl of olive oil 1 spoonful of wine vinegar salt

Preparation

Dry the tuna in a colander. Cook the eggs in a pan with water and salt for 15 minutes. Wash and dry the lettuces well, cut them into pieces and arrange them in four individual salad bowls. Cut the spring onions into strips and the hard-boiled eggs into thick slices. Arrange the spring onions, the hard-boiled eggs, the tuna and the olives on top of the lettuce. Beat the vinegar with the salt and add the oil gradually, continuing to beat. Add green and black olives. Dress the salad and serve immediately.
