'Asadillo manchego' (roast peppers)

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 kg of ripe grilling peppers ½ kg of red frying tomatoes 3 garlic cloves Cumin olive oil
Roast the peppers in the oven, then peel and cut in strips. Meanwhile, in a separate pan prepare a fried tomato sauce with the peeled tomatoes. Mix the strips of pepper with the tomato sauce in an earthenware dish, if possible.Then crush the garlic with the cumin and add to the mixture with a generous splash of oil.
