Congress: San Sebastián Gastronómika

In this event, San Sebastián invites you to enjoy some of the grand masters of international gastronomy.

The conference then divides into two large areas for professionals: “Alta”, which will feature participation by world-renowned chefs; and “Off”, which will group together other cookery genres such as sauces or grilled foods. The conference will also include an area for business, and a series of cookery competitions.
