This is the most well-known and representative beach of Motril. It is spacious, with grey sand and pebbles. It is easily accessed, superb car park and a long promenade lined with bars, shops and restaurants. It has all the usual services and is suitable for playing different sports. There is a sailing club and facilities for taking sailing courses. In the village of Motril, there are buildings, churches, areas of cultural interest, museums and theatres.
