Perfectly conserved, prehistoric rock art
Designated World Heritage in 2008
Discovered by chance in 1994, it contains the best conserved representation of bison anywhere in Asturias, due to the fact that the cave was sealed closed for thousands of years. Its 40-metre gallery has paintings dating back more than 14,000 years.
