Презентация

Vizcaya is connected by means of one of the best motorway networks (toll and free) in the whole country, and Bilbao is the communications hub for the north of the Iberian Peninsula.

Автомобильный

The AP-8 motorway goes to Donostia/San Sebastián and Irún, and from there continues on to Bordeaux and Paris, or Toulouse and Montpellier. The AP-68, which runs through the Ebro Valley, goes to Barcelona and joins the AP-7, which runs down the Mediterranean coast. The AP-68 also goes straight to Burgos, and from there to Madrid, Valladolid and Portugal.

На самолете

Situated some 12 kilometres outside the city centre, the international airport of Bilbao is considered the air transport hub of the north of the peninsula, and is connected to the main cities in the country, as well as to all major European destinations. The airport is linked to the city by bus number A3247, which runs from the Termibus station and stops at Plaza Moyúa square, at Gran Vía 79 and at Alameda Rekalde 11. It runs between 6:15 am and midnight towards Bilbao, and between 5:20 am and 10 pm to the airport. It has a frequency of every 20 minutes in summer and 30 minutes in winter.

The taxi fare from the airport to Bilbao is about €24.
