This underground winery has been handed down from generation to generation since 1884. Today, father and son prepare their wines in the traditional manner with grapes from their 10 hectares of vineyards, which they work themselves. They also produce the blueberry liqueur known as <i>pacharán</i>. The winery offers a programme entitled "Secrets of the Rioja Alavesa region" in which the cellarman personally demonstrates the work which takes place in the country according to the season.
