Sea bed on the Costa Brava
The fabulous landscapes of Cadaqués on the northeast coast of Spain, are not just a feast for the eyes: the best way to discover the Cap de Creus Nature Reserve –where this Mediterranean town is located– is by enjoying a range of sports activities. A good way to see the forests and meadows further inland is to don your walking boots and set off on one of the hiking routes. And sailing is the ideal way to explore the rocky coastline, bays and cliffs. If you hire a sailing boat or take a boat trip, you’ll even have the chance of a dip in a secluded cove which can only be reached by sea.
The crystal-clear waters of Cadaqués are also perfect for scuba diving. The exceptionally clear water and the richness of life on the sea bed offer truly spectacular underwater vistas. You'll be able to swim beneath the sea accompanied by grouper, white sea bream and lobster; and you'll also see brilliant red coral and sea fans.
