This increasingly popular sport consists of performing acrobatics and spectacular jumps on the water at high speed using a board and a kite. To start off in this sport, you don’t need to be in top physical shape, but it is important to be familiar with the technique: how to take off and land, how to control the kite, etc. Apart from learning safely and without risks, you’ll see progress right away. Another advantage is that the school will provide all the appropriate material for your level and physical characteristics, which will save you from having to buy or hire it.
