The "Casa Pedrilla" Museum exhibits the works and testimonies of the most important people from Caceres in the world of art.

You can also find areas related with research and politics. The "Didactics of History" section makes a journey into Extremadura from prehistory through to the present day. The Guayasamín house-museum is home to a collection of pre-Columbine and colonial art belonging to painter and sculptor, Oswaldo Guayasamín.
