The door of the traitor judge.
Peter I's troops (Peter the Cruel) passed through this gateway on their way to conquer the city.
Located next to the Arcos and also known as the door of San Miguel. History states that when the troops of Pedro I el Cruel approached Teruel devastating and knocking down everything that come into their path, a traitor judge made a pact and opened one of the entrances of the wall so as not to be tortured. This is how the town was taken without reprisals and the traitorous judge fled with the conquering troops.
