Also known as the Valmar house, it is one of the finest examples of civil architecture in Gipuzkoa. Surrounded by a landscaped area, it is a solid construction with a ground floor and three upper floors. Its main facade is built of ashlar stonework with ample windows. The rest of the walls are solid and all are sheltered by carved wooden eaves.
