The estate’s owner, the Archduke of Austria, Luis Salvador of Habsburg, gave rein to his personal ideas on garden design in two other places nearby: Son Moragues, which features an orchard with terraces, a pronounced difference in height resolved by numerous steps, and an oval pool; and Miramar, where he repeats the theme of balconies overlooking the cliffs and the sea.
