The building is two storeys high, resting on a triple arcade of semicircular arches, crowned by a coat of arms. The façade that faces the mains square (Plaza Mayor) is the most profusely decorated. The other façade faces a smaller square. The most remarkable features in the interior are a square staircase with Rococo decoration and a beautiful vault.
