Ingredients: 1 thin slice of bread ½ a cup of olive oil vinegar chopped garlic 10 almonds, sliced parsley ¼ of a teaspoon of saffron black pepper 1 glass of water 6 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut up salt
Put the oil on to heat. When it is hot, fry the bread, the garlic and the almonds in it until they brown. Next, add the parsley. Then remove everything from the frying pan, putting the oil aside. Make a paste with the fried ingredients and later add the saffron, the pepper and the salt. Mix everything well. Put the potatoes in a casserole and cover them with the water, add the mixture prepared earlier and add more salt if necessary. Cook on a medium heat until the potatoes are tender.
