On the subject of gastronomy, we would recommend a visit to the Central Market, in Plaza del Mercado Square, where you will find all the best regional produce. If you like the atmosphere of street markets, there is one on Sundays and public holidays in La Aldehuela Park, on the banks of the Tormes River.
