Water sports next to one of the most important natural spaces in Costa Brava.

L’Estartit is a picturesque fishing town, located right on the stretch of the coast of Ampurdán that is flanked by the massif of Montgrí. Next to its traditional fishing port, and its three-kilometre-long beach, we find a modern nautical sports resort, created with the idea of promoting nautical activities and tourism in the area, all year round. From here, it is imperative that we go to the Medes Islands (Islas Medes) on a glass-bottom vessel, to admire the gorgeous sea bed, and more than a thousand marine species that thrive in these beautiful waters. The seven islands that make up this archipelago were declared a protected nature reserve, because of the biodiversity found in their waters.
