Built in the IV century D. C. There are 3,000 square metres organised around a patio with four galleries decorated with mosaics.Two of these galleries access the villa through doors flanked by white, marble columns.Out of its twenty-seven rooms, twelve have hippocausts (an underground heating system).The building has 4 towers.Two of these have square floor plans and the other two are octagonal.On the exterior there is a large entrance portico.Of note inside there is the Room “del Oecus” decorated with mosaics that depict the legend of Ullysees and Achilles.The figures are more than two metres high.Beside the villa there are the thermal baths and three cemeteries out of which only two have been excavated.Here remains of trousseau and Roman utensils have been found.
