Located in front of 'Norte' Railway Station. A free-standing building with rectangular plan.Ground floor and two storeys with a gabled roof. In it two sections can be distinguished, the parade ground and the original house-tower.The main facade corresponds with the front section of the courtyard.The building is accessed through a pointed arch that bears the coat of arms of the Arriarán family. This is the birthplace of Miguel López de Legazpi, the discoverer of the Philippines.
