Thanks to its excellent communications, it is easy to get to Cordoba from any national or international destination.

Cordoba airport, located six kilometres outside the city, is available only to private flights. The nearest airports are Seville, Jerez, Malaga and Granada, all less than 3 hours away.

A fast and very convenient way to get to Cordoba is on the AVE high-speed train. This connects the city with Madrid in one hour 40 minutes, with Malaga in 50 minutes, with Barcelona in 4 hours and with Seville in about 40 minutes. There are also daily connections with fast trains to Huelva and Cadiz.

By road, the A-4 Andalusia motorway goes to Madrid and Seville, while the N-432 road connects Cordoba with Granada. And finally, the A-45 road runs from Cordoba to Malaga.

Cordoba bus station offers many scheduled, direct bus services to major cities such as Madrid, Seville, Malaga and Granada, as well as to the smaller towns and villages throughout the province.
