GR 34: Donostia-Arantzazu
This path crosses the province of Guipúzcoa from north to south. It forms part of a large part of the network of paths of Guipúzcoa, its first descriptions dating back to the 11th century.
It was originally used by shepherds taking their herds to the winter pastures (coastal) and the spring-summer pasture in the mountains.It now mixes the pleasure of the mountains and, to a certain extent, religious beliefs with cultural history.Arantzazu has a certain mystical charm that enthralls both mountains and pigrims, as well as any visitors. The path joins the following GRs: GR 35, Herding Route,GR 21, Ignaciana Route,GR 65.2, Santiago Path (inland), and GR 120, the Route of the Temples.

You can stay overnight, eat and purchase supplies in the localities along the path, as well as in the agritourism houses along it. Regular connections between the capital city of the region with the localities of Usurbil, Ormaiztegi and Brinkola.
