THE HOTEL:
The Di­ez de Ulzurrun Goñi Brothers, the fourth generation of a family long devoted to the catering industry, opened in 2008 this elegant hotel that blends seamlessly with the nearby palace of the XVI century, restored in 1998, which hosts the restaurant that continues the family catering tradition started in the early last century in Sales Ulzuma. Inside the hotel, the fusion of stone, wood and furniture design up a leisurely atmosphere in which the author pictures, including Manolo Valdes originals, and velvet curtains shows up theatrical environment reminiscent. Inside the rooms, all with terrace, Roberto Atienza gets this same fusion of styles (vintage, art nouveau boheme-chic ...) with a dose of romanticism without renouncing modernity.
