Ingrédients pour 4 personnes : 400 g. de fromage " manchego " 150 g. de noix miel

Préparation

Couper le fromage de La Manche peu affiné en triangles, puis l’essuyer avec un chiffon de cuisine. Les disposer sur un plat et décorer avec les noix et le miel.
