Point of View, Navarre International Festival of Documentary Cinema, has been held in Pamplona since 2005. It is a new version of the Navarre Festival of Audiovisual Creation that started in 1993.

The program of this competition is formed by an official competitive section of feature-length and short films of international scope, as well as retrospectives, tributes and training events. The festival’s name, Point of View, is a permanent reminder of the filmmaker Jean Vigo and of his words about the fundamental role of looking and the subjectivity of the director in the construction of the cinematographic image.
