Hellín is in the province of Albacete, in Castile-La Mancha. The city’s historic centre still conserves examples of architecture from the Middle Age, dating from the 12th century on down to the present day. A good idea is to take a look at the stately homes and then wander through the maze of streets to discover the old Jewish and Muslim quarters, or beautiful buildings such as the Asunción Church, the shrine of Nuestra Señora del Rosario and the Franciscan Convent.
