Gazpacho
A beverage made by blending together water, olive oil, and vegetables, specially tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumber, with a little bit of onions and garlic too. Gazpacho is served cold, as a refreshing drink. It has a high nutritional content, and constitutes an excellent isotonic drink that readily quenches thirst while providing a myriad of essential vitamins and minerals. Gazpacho is originally from Andalusia.
