Ingredients for 4 people: 300g of white beans 200g of rice 200g of chorizo 3 large potatoes 1 teaspoonfuls of hot paprika 1 head of garlic 1 small glass of raw oil 1 hot onion 1 bay leaf water salt


Put the white beans to cook with cold water in a medium-sized pot and remove from the heat when they boil. Leave covered for 5 minutes until they fall to the bottom of the pot. Change the water for clean, cold water and put it back on the heat until they are tender accompanied by the oil, garlic and hot onion, a bay leaf and a pinch of pepper or hot paprika, all raw. When the beans are almost cooked, add the salt and the potatoes cut into small cubes. Five minutes later, add the rice. Allow to cook for about 30 minutes.
