One of the most beautiful beaches in Cantabria. From this beach you can see Cape Ajo. Beside the beach is a County Council 9-hole golf course. There is a promenade that starts at this beach, runs along the entire length of the golf club and ends up in El Sardinero. To get to this beach you have to go down some steps off the promenade. The sand is fine and white, with absolutely crystal-clear water. There is a lifeguard service. The walk has beautiful views of the Peninsula of Magdalena. It lies well inland and is sheltered from the wind.
