The palace of Las Cigüeñas is also known as the palace of Capitán Diego de Ovando or La Casa de Las Cigüeñas house, and was built in the late 15th century by Diego de Cáceres. The most distinctive feature of this noble home is its crenellated tower, which offers spectacular views over the city.
