It is easy to enjoy nature in an environmentally friendly way. We want to help you to do it with outdoor activities in nature areas in inland regions in Spain. In the rivers, valleys, lakes and mountains you will find proposals for everyone, all year round. How about riding in a hot-air balloon, practising canyoning, rafting, taking a ride in a 4x4 or going on a zip line?

Sporting activities

Are you looking for an adventure? You'll find it in the Aragonese Pyrenees or in the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park with activities such as mountaineering or climbing. Could there be anything more contemplative? Get ready to be surprised and fly over the Monegros desert in a hot-air balloon, but you can also cross it in a 4x4, by bike or on horseback. In winter you'll be able to enjoy the snow by practising mountain skiing or in ski resorts. In spring and summer, we recommend water activities such as kayaking or white water rafting in the Gallego and Cinca rivers, or scuba diving in the Tena Valley. Choose the activity you prefer and get in contact with any of the many companies that organise them.

Hiking routes

No noise, no pollution, no crowds... and in the heart of nature: this is what you'll find when you go hiking. In Aragon you'll find many kilometres of marked routes and you'll be able to download the routes and the GPS coordinates easily. You'll also be able to discover first hand the route difficulty and its places of interest.

Practical tips

Respect the natural environment so that everyone will be able to enjoy it.
Do not enter unknown areas, always tell your family or a friend where you are going and take a mobile phone with charged up battery. In any case, we recommend asking a professional for help.
Try to take a map of the area with you.
Always check the weather forecast before your trip so you can be prepared.
