The work of the Bilbao architect Ricardo de Bastida y Bilbao, the Unceta y Cía company specialised in the manufacture of the pistol known as the Campogiro. The building is in a modern architectural version of the Art Deco style, and features elements from Cubism, Russian Constructivism and Italian Futurism.
