Asturias: exquisite flavours
Asturias is synonymous with quality produce. Enjoy the delicious regional cuisine, made with the fruits of the mountains and the sea, with plenty of shellfish, meats, seafood and cheeses such as Cabrales. There are also delicious stews and hotpots such as fabada (made with beans, pork, etc.), a classic Asturias dish.
