Museo de Arte Español Contemporáneo (Fundación Juan March) - Spanish Contemporary Art Museum (Juan March Foundation)
Spanish avant-garde art
The museum's content comes mainly from the collection initiated by the Juan March Foundation in 1973.
The museum's permanent collection has 69 works of 20th-century Spanish art, with pieces by representative artists of the early avant-garde, such as Picasso, Miró, Dalí and Juan Gris. It also includes works from the innovative movements of the mid-20th century, along with pieces by more recent generations. Furthermore, temporary exhibitions are held where you can see the work of contemporary artists from Spain and overseas.
