The cultural atmosphere of Cordoba over the ages
It shows the evolution of painting and sculpture in Cordoba between the 14th and 20th centuries.
The most important group of exhibits at the Fine Art Museum in Cordoba is dedicated to Andalusian Baroque painters such as Zurbarán, Antonio del Castillo, Valdés Leal and Palomino. The cultural atmosphere of Cordoba over the centuries is very well represented by the works of Jiménez Aranda, Carlos de Haes, Romero Barros, Regoyos, Santiago Rusiñol, Sorolla, Zuloaga and Gonzalo Bilbao.
The important collection of works on paper is equally relevant, especially the drawing section.
