The Teruel art nouveau of Pablo Monguió
La Madrileña is one of the most representative art nouveau houses in Teruel. It was created by the Catalonian architect Monguió.
It has an uncomplicated façade, where the lines forming an oval acquire delicacy and great symbolic value. Materials such as stone, wrought iron and wood were used in its construction. . It is an extreme example of the adaptation of a construction to a narrow site without this causing it to lose its harmony.
