Oca-Valladares Palace is one of Galicia's most important Renaissance buildings. It was built in the middle of the 16th century. Since 1850 it has been home to the Ourense Liceo, one of the city's oldest cultural societies. In its interior there is a colonnaded courtyard, with a beautiful Carrara marble fountain.
