Iglesia de Santa María de Aranda de Duero - Santa María Church in Aranda de Duero
Even though it was built as Gothic in the 15th century, its tower was raised in the 12th century for defence purposes to protect the town from plots by the Court of the Hapsburgs. The main entrance from the 16th century, with the royal coats of arms, as well as the 12th century are particularly interesting. It also has a Renaissance pulpit carved by Miguel Espinosa and Juan de Cambray.
