Then just head for the Paradors in Cangas de Onís, Tui or Ronda. Other options are as follows: hot air balloon flights at the Vic-Sau Parador; scuba diving in El Hierro; caving alongside the Fuente Dé Parador, in the heart of the Picos de Europa Mountains; horse-riding and 4x4 routes in the Sierra de Gredos Mountains.
